Teacher to Teacher Publications has developed materials for some individual states that match the state mathematics standards and the scoring rubrics that are used in that state's annual assessments. Those materials are available for New York and New Jersey.

We currently have editions for New Jersey and New York that match those respective state standards and the rubrics used in their state assessments. In July, 2009, we will also have editions for the states of Washington and Florida. Both will be available for whole school and district adoption price discounts. The Washington edition will also be available for individual teachers.

Making Sense of Problem Solving: Targeting NCTM Curriculum Focal Point,s will be correlated to recently adopted mathematics standards in many states, particularly if those standards strongly reflect the NCTM Curriculum Focal Points or the NCTM Standards. If we do not yet have correlations for your state, please contact us to request that.

In some cases, we can create an adaptation for an individual state that includes the units that match that state's standards at each grade level. Usually the individual rubrics and commentaries can also be changed, to more closely match rubrics used in that state's assessments. Currently, adaptations for the states of Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington are planned.
